I am not receiving my validation e-mail after I have created my Knowledge Account. I use Shaw Webmail.

If you are using a Shaw address and have not received the authentication e-mail, please follow these instructions to adjust your spam settings:

  1. Go to https://webmail.shaw.ca
  2. Log in using your Shaw email address and password.
  3. Click Preferences and select Spam.
  4. Select “Label message as spam and keep in Inbox”

  5. Click Save at the top left of the page.

If you still cannot find the validation e-mail in your Spam or Junk folders, check that the e-mail address that you used to create your Knowledge account was typed correctly. You can also report this issue to us:  Contact Us | Knowledge.ca
