Having trouble signing in to your Knowledge Account? You're not alone, forgotten passwords are the most common issue we’re contacted about.
Here’s how to reset your password:
Step 1:
Click here to visit the password reset page.
Enter the email address you used when you first created your Knowledge Account, then click “Continue”.
Step 2:
You’ll see a message asking you to check your inbox for instructions. Look for an email from Knowledge with the subject line “Reset your Knowledge Password”.
Step 3:
Open the email and click the “Reset Password” button.
Please note: this link will expire after two hours. If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder. Still no luck? Contact us.
Step 4:
Clicking the link will open a new browser window.
Enter a strong new password — we recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols — and confirm it in the fields provided.
Once both fields are filled, click “Change Password” to complete the process.
Step 5:
Your password has been successfully updated. You’ll be redirected to the Knowledge homepage, where you can start streaming again.
