If you see the message “Not available in your country” when trying to download the app, it usually means the Google Play Store is detecting a location outside of Canada.
The Knowledge Network app is only available to Canadian users.
Even if you are physically located in Canada, this can sometimes happen if:
- Your Google account’s country setting is not set to Canada
- The Play Store region hasn’t updated to reflect your current location
Here are a few steps you can try:
1. Check Google Account Country
- Visit https://payments.google.com
- Go to Settings
- Make sure your country is set to Canada
2. Clear Google Play Store Data
- Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store
- Tap Storage, then select Clear Data and Clear Cache
- Restart your device and try again
3. Enable Location Services
- Make sure Location is turned on in your device settings
Once you've tried these steps, return to the Google Play Store and try downloading the Knowledge Network app again.
