Knowledge Network does not offer multiple viewer profiles within a single account. If different people in your household want their own watch history or device setup, each person will need to create their own separate Knowledge Network account.
Why profiles aren’t available
Our platform is designed for one account per viewer. Each account must be tied to an individual person so we can confirm that viewers are in Canada, as our programming is licensed for Canadian access only.
Separate accounts also help keep watch history and personal preferences accurate. Features like “Continue Watching,” reminders, and program suggestions are linked to your personal login, so having one account per viewer keeps everything consistent.
If multiple people in your home would like their own watchlists or viewing progress, each person is welcome to create a free account at any time.
