How can I uninstall and reinstall the Knowledge Network App?

Below are device-specific steps to help you uninstall and reinstall the app smoothly:

 

iPhone & iPad (iOS Devices)

  1. Tap and hold the Knowledge Network app icon 
  2. Tap the minus (-) or Remove App, then confirm deletion
  3. Restart your device
  4. Head to the App Store, search for Knowledge Network, and reinstall
  5. Launch the app and sign in with your username and password

 

Android Phones & Tablets

  1. Open Settings > Apps > Knowledge Network
  2. Tap Uninstall
  3. Restart your device
  4. Head to the Google Play Store, search for Knowledge Network, and reinstall
  5. Launch the app and sign in with your username and password

 

Apple TV

  1. From the Home screen, highlight the Knowledge Network app
  2. Press and hold the touch surface (or centre button) on your remote until the app starts to jiggle
  3. Press the Play/Pause button and select Delete
  4. Go to the App Store, search for “Knowledge Network,” then select the app and choose Download
  5. Open the app and sign in again

 

Fire TV / Fire Stick

  1. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications
  2. Select Knowledge Network and choose Uninstall
  3. Restart your device
  4. Search for Knowledge Network in the Amazon Appstore and reinstall
