- Tap and hold the Knowledge Network app icon
- Tap the minus (-) or Remove App, then confirm deletion
- Restart your device
- Head to the App Store, search for Knowledge Network, and reinstall
- Launch the app and sign in with your username and password
Android Phones & Tablets
- Open Settings > Apps > Knowledge Network
- Tap Uninstall
- Restart your device
- Head to the Google Play Store, search for Knowledge Network, and reinstall
- Launch the app and sign in with your username and password
Fire TV / Fire Stick
