Step 1: Once you have added the Knowledge Roku channel to your Roku streaming device you will arrive at the home screen with a button labeled "Sign In". Using your Roku TV remote control, click the "Sign In" button.
Step 2: Once you have clicked the "Sign In" button you will arrive at the next screen with an alphanumeric activation code. This is a one-time activation code used to activate your Knowledge Account on the Knowledge Roku app. Once you have noted the activation code, you will need to go to the following url: https://knowledge.ca/activate on a web browser via your computer, tablet or smart phone.
Note: The code below is just an example; you will be provided with your own unique alphanumeric activation code.
Step 3: When you have arrived at https://knowledge.ca/activate web page on a web browser, please insert your own unique alphanumeric activation code in to the text field provided and click the "Submit" button.
Step 4a: If you are already logged in to your Knowledge Account on your computer, tablet or smart phone browser, the Knowledge Roku app will automatically activate your Knowledge Account (as seen in the image below).
Note: At this point, you will be able to start watching your favourite knowledge programs using the Knowledge Roku app by clicking the "Continue" button. For those who do not have an existing Knowledge Account or are not signed in, please continue reading Steps 4b and 4c below.
Step 4b: If you have not already signed in or do not have an existing Knowledge Account, the following screen will come up on your web browser:
Step 4c: Please log in if you have an existing Knowledge Account and the Knowledge Roku app will automatically activate.
