Knowledge Network Corporation is committed to the protection of the personal information of its donors, viewers, employees, directors, volunteers, clients and other stakeholders. The B.C. In order to provide you with an excellent customer service experience, when you contact Knowledge Network, we may collect personal information such as your name, address and phone number. This enables us to respond to your enquiry, process your donations, or notify you about our programs, events and fundraising initiatives. Personal information will only be used for the intent that it was collected – to effectively deliver Knowledge Network services and programs including our fundraising program.
Employees will only access your personal information in order to fulfill their job duties and serve you. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Third parties contracted to support Knowledge Network’s fundraising program are committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to them.
