My Knowledge Magazine has stopped coming but I gave you a donation just a few months ago. What happened?

There are three possible reasons.

First, if you made a donation more than three months before your Partnership expiry date, our system typically considers it to be an extra gift instead of a renewal (unless you told us otherwise). If you intended your gift to be an early renewal and not an extra gift, we can adjust it on your file.

Second, occasionally, K: Magazines do get lost in the mail or delivery is delayed due to external events outside our control. If your magazine hasn’t arrived by the issue start date, please contact our office and we can typically send a replacement copy.

Third, there may be a code on your donor record preventing you from being included on the K: Magazine mailing list.
