Yes, you will receive your tax receipt immediately in your email inbox (PDF attachment) if you made the donation online. If you happen to donate by phone or mail, and we have your email address on file, you will receive it within two weeks, typically by email. If you’re receiving a printed tax receipt by mail, it should arrive within two weeks. Monthly donors will receive one lump sum charitable tax receipt by the end of February each year for the total of the previous year’s donations. Please note that if you choose a special offer, the fair market value of that item will be deducted from your tax receipt in accordance with CRA regulations.
