Having trouble accessing your Knowledge account? Forgotten passwords are the number one issue people contact us about. Here is a video created by the Knowledge Stream Team to help you out:

You can reset your password by clicking here.
Step 1: Visit https://www.knowledge.ca/user/password
Once you are at this screen, please enter the e-mail address you originally used to sign up for your Knowledge Account. After you have inputted your e-mail address in to the "E-mail address" field, click the "E-mail new password" button.
Step 2: You will be taken to the next screen, which indicates that "Further instructions have been sent to your e-mail address".
Step 3: Open your email program and click on the reset password link in the e-mail message that Knowledge has sent to you. Please note that this reset password link will expire in 24 hours. If you have not received a password reset link from Knowledge, please check your junk folder or contact us.
Step 4: When clicked, the reset password link will open up a new browser window. Click the "Log In" button.
Step 5: After you have clicked the "Log in" button, you will arrive at your account screen. Please scroll down to the "Password" and "Confirm Password" input fields. Type in your new password in to the "Password" field and then retype in the same new password in to the "Confirm Password" field. Click the "Save" button.
Step 6: You have successfully changed your password. Click "Browse" in the top navigation to find a program that you would like to watch. **Please note you do not have to do anything else on the account screen , as your password has been successfully changed.
