Having trouble accessing your Knowledge account? Forgotten passwords are the number one issue people contact us about.
You can reset your password by clicking here.
Step 1: Visit https://www.knowledge.ca/user/password
Once you are at this screen, enter the e-mail address you originally used to sign up for your Knowledge Account. After you have inputted your e-mail address in to the 'E-mail address' field, click the 'Continue' button.
Step 2: You will be taken to the screen below, which asks you to check your e-mail for instructions to reset your password.
Step 3: Open your email program and click on the 'Reset Password' button in the e-mail message that Knowledge has sent to you. Please note that this reset password link will expire in 24 hours. If you have not received a password reset link from Knowledge, check your junk folder or contact us.
Step 4: When clicked, the reset password link will open up a new browser window (as seen below). Choose a new strong password and confirm that same password in the fields provided. Click the 'Reset my password and log in' button.
Step 5: Scroll down to the 'Password' and 'Confirm Password' input fields. Type your new password into the 'Password' field and then retype in the same new password in to the 'Confirm Password' field. Click the 'Sign In' button.
You have successfully changed your password. You can now watch as much Knowledge streaming content as you like.
